The admissions process at Southern Ontario Dental College is a multi-step process, beginning with the completion of the application form. Download the SODC application form here. Once completed, the application form should be submitted with all the required documentation listed in the Admission section.
When submitted, your applications must be accompanied by the $250 application fee when submitted, payable by cash, debit, credit card, or money order/bank draft made out to the SOUTHERN ONTARIO DENTAL COLLEGE. Please note that an application will not be processed unless the application fee is paid in full.
Here’s the SODC application process at its most basic:
Step 1. Download and complete the application form.
Step 2. Gather all of the required documentation requested on the Admissions page.
Step 3. Decide how you will submit/pay the $250 application fee.
Step 4. Submit the application + documentation + fee using one of these methods:
- Drop off in person at Southern Ontario Dental College office
- By mail: 201 Wilson St. East, Level 1 – Ancaster, Ontario Canada, L9G 2B8
